My path to real estate was anything but traditional, and I think that's exactly what makes me a more skilled agent for you.
I'm Alex Lozano, founder of Lozano Homes Group and a bilingual real estate professional serving Dane County and South Central Wisconsin. I was born and raised in Colombia, where I studied law and briefly worked in government before making the United States my home. That legal background gave me a sharp eye for contracts, negotiation, and protecting my clients' best interests, skills I use every single day in real estate.
Before going full time in real estate in 2021, I spent over six years in car sales and built a long career in customer service, sales training, and sales leadership. I first earned my real estate license in 2010, and when I made the leap to full time, I hit the ground running. Since then I have helped over 154 families buy, sell, and invest across South Central Wisconsin.
I specialize in first-time homebuyers, residential sales, listings, investment properties, and ITIN purchases. I am proud to serve the Latino community and all clients who feel underserved or overlooked by the traditional real estate process. When you work with me, you get an agent who truly understands what it means to work hard for a home.
Outside of real estate, I am a proud husband and father. I have been married for 15 years and am the dad of two wonderful daughters, ages 10 and 5. Family is everything to me, and spending time with them outdoors and making memories is what keeps me grounded and motivated every day.
I also play in a band called Son del Atlántico, where we bring the sounds of Afro-Caribbean music, funk, reggae, and calypso from Colombia to the stages of Madison and surrounding areas. You may have even seen us at a local festival! Music, family, and community are at the heart of who I am, and that same passion goes into everything I do for my clients.
